We are a commission only debt collection company. This means you only pay us a commission when we collect your outstanding account from your client. Because everyone’s circumstances are different, we like to tailor make our solutions and costs directly for you. So give us a call or email so we can speak more about what we can do to help you.

This depends on what you would like us to do. If you want the full debt collection activity on the account, then it will include emails, post, phone calls, SMS’, and location searching etc. 

Some clients (EG. lawyers) seek our help for location searching so they can serve the client themselves. This is completely do-able as we tailor our fees to suit each individual circumstances.

Regrettably, our commission fees do not cover enforcement proceedings as they involve certain court fees that must be paid upfront (such as court filing fees). Nonetheless, there may be instances where you can append the expenses of legal proceedings to the claim, and ultimately, your client will be responsible for paying those fees.
